abc65 Terms and Conditions

1.2 Applicable Law

Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction. abc65 will not bear any liability for violations of applicable law. Users must ensure that participating in online gaming and betting activities is legal in their location.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on the abc65 platform and use its services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

2.1 Age Restriction

abc65 is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above only. Account registration by minors is completely prohibited. abc65 may at any time request submission of a valid identity document to verify age.

2.2 Registration Terms

  • Each individual may open only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms and grounds for account cancellation
  • The account may only be used by the registered individual; transfer to a third party is prohibited

2.3 KYC Verification

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, abc65 may at any time request the following documents to verify a user's identity (Know Your Customer):

  • A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport
  • A utility bill or bank statement as proof of address
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method

abc65 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until KYC verification is complete.

Section 3

Account Security

Ensuring account security is the user's own responsibility. abc65 uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure, but users must also take certain precautions on their end.

  • Always keep your password confidential and change it regularly
  • If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately
  • Do not share your account login details with any third party
  • Exercise extra caution when using your account on a public network
  • Always log out after use, especially on shared devices

abc65 will not be held responsible for unauthorized access or password theft, unless it is proven to have occurred due to a technical failure on abc65's part.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abc65 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions will be carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same for all payment methods)
  • Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the user's name
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited
  • After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to the gaming balance instantly

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
  • Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and account used for the deposit
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete or if suspicious activity is identified
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for the active bonus has been met
Please note: abc65 may request additional information to verify any transaction. abc65 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a transaction if there is reason to suspect fraud.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The following terms apply to this bonus:

  • Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x)
  • The bonus applies only once on the first deposit
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met
  • Bonuses have a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be forfeited

5.2 VIP Program

abc65's VIP program has three tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity:

  • Bronze tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Silver tier: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
  • Gold tier: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

5.3 General Promotion Terms

  • abc65 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time
  • Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be cancelled and any winnings forfeited
  • Each promotion will have its own detailed terms, which will be stated on the promotion page

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

  • All game outcomes are software-determined and rely on the game provider's Random Number Generator (RNG) technology
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, abc65 reserves the right to refund the bet amount
  • A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance at the time of play
  • A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

  • Betting odds are variable and may change up until an event begins
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded
  • abc65 is not responsible for delayed information or connection interruptions in the case of live betting
  • Betting rules for all tournaments, including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup, will be determined in accordance with abc65's policies

6.3 Match-Fixing Policy

abc65 takes a strict stance against match-fixing or any form of dishonest activity. If suspicious betting activity is identified, abc65 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and winnings and to suspend the account.

Responsible Gaming

abc65 believes that gaming is entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage users to play responsibly and are committed to preventing gaming addiction.

7.1 Self-Control Tools

  • Deposit limits: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
  • Session limits: The ability to limit continuous gaming time
  • Self-exclusion: Users can exclude themselves from the platform for a set period of time
  • Cooling-off period: The ability to temporarily deactivate an account for a short break

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abc65 platform:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
  • Opening or operating multiple accounts
  • Strategic or deliberate betting patterns intended to abuse the bonus system (bonus abuse)
  • Operating an account using automated bots or software
  • Attempting to hack the platform's security systems or software
  • Fraudulent conduct toward other users
  • Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff
  • Attempting to exploit technical glitches or bugs

If any of the above activities are proven, abc65 may immediately suspend the account, forfeit all balances and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the abc65 website — logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, and designs — is the intellectual property of abc65 or its respective providers. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from abc65.

The rights to game software and content are reserved by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others).

Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by abc65

abc65 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Material breach of the terms and conditions
  • Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
  • Failure to complete KYC verification
  • Regulatory or legal requirements

11.2 Closure by the User

Users may request account closure at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Changes to Terms

abc65 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, abc65 will notify users as early as possible — via email or a notification on the platform.
